From Paris With Love

So there we are... Already in week six, which also means that I have seriously lived in Paris for six weeks now. That's almost a third of my whole time... Talking it out loud even is stressing me more than just keeping it in mind. I've literally done nothing so far. I made a thousands of to-do lists and to-buy lists, and a positive thing is that I already could cross a few things out. But besides that, the lists are still very long. What I've done so far in January, I'm going to sum it up for you in my next post.
Today I just want to tell you how I feel about the whole situation. I have to admit that in the beginning it was harder than I expected. Before I came to Paris I already knew that I will need time to enjoy it here. Just because of my experiences with my moves to London and Munich back then. I need time to find out everything but it was more time than I planned to.

Best of 2015 + New Year's Resolutions

Today I’m going to summarise all my best memories and then I’m going to close my personal diary of 2015. I already told you a little bit about last year in my „Best of 2015 - Outfits“ post, so in addition, I’m also going to tell you my resolutions for 2016.

As I already told you, I started 2015 with living in Barcelona (Postcards from Barcelona). I was there for improving my Spanish skills. Unfortunately, I didn’t learn anything, so I need to catch up with Spanish this year because I still need to take my exams. However, I could gain new experiences, which I could have never dreamed about it before. In Barcelona, I lived in kind of a monastery. There were nuns living downstairs, who were responsible for the building. We also had to share the kitchen and the bathroom with about 20 other people. I thought sharing a flat with four other girls in London was already challenging but compared to my residence in Barcelona it was nothing! I also didn’t like the city in the beginning and so my time became a nightmare. Thankfully I got used to everything after a while and in the end, it still turned out to be a nice time. In fact, I enjoyed it in the end so much that I even came back to Barcelona in April again, for visiting my friends and partying (Barcelona Diary).
